Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities for both existing and prospective clients in the Midlands region.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key branches and customers.
- Oversee the sales process independently.
- Follow up on potential leads effectively.
- Engage in trade exhibitions and industry events.
- Remain informed about market developments and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Entry-level sales experience is desirable.
- Prior industry exposure is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to sales is essential.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills are required.
- Willingness to travel is necessary.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary: £25,000, with potential growth to £32,000.
- Uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £46,500.
- Flexible remote working arrangements.
- Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
- 25 days of annual leave along with a pension plan.
