Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Marketing Director, EMEA to lead our demand generation efforts in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Create and implement demand generation programs that drive new logo acquisition, customer growth, and customer retention in priority growth markets across EMEA.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales, product marketing, marketing communications, and marketing operations teams to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage Budget and Resources: Oversee operational budget for key channels and ensure efficient use of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Measure and Analyze Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of demand generation activities on revenue and sales cycle length.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Utilize our MarTech stack to create the highest efficiency output and adopt new features, functionality, and tools for continued innovation.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in demand generation/lead generation, with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • HubSpot and SFDC Expertise: Ability to build and manage campaigns in HubSpot and SFDC, with a strong understanding of marketing automation and sales enablement.
  • ABM Program Management: Experience managing ABM programs, with a focus on creating personalized experiences for target accounts.
  • Strong Partnership Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and marketing communications.
  • Performance-Based Mindset: Proven ability to understand the levers that drive performance and take action to optimize campaigns.
