Key Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, and other teams to develop and execute marketing programs.
  • Track and measure all marketing programs and optimize resources against objectives and budget.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in managing B2B marketing organizations across one or more EMEA markets.
  • Past experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing and communications.
  • Remote management experience.
  • Experience working in global teams.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including creating clarity, generating energy, and demonstrating results.
  • Experience working in the Ad Tech industry and fast-paced environments.
  • Experience building and executing field/geo-specific marketing plans.
  • Experience managing budgets strategically.
  • Strong analytical skills, including measuring, analyzing, and improving marketing programs.
  • Experience working with creative and PR agencies and leading RFP processes.
