Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Equinox. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that all areas of the club, including exercise equipment, locker rooms, and storage areas, are clean and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on exercise equipment and report any issues to the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Delivery and Storage: Receive and store all deliveries, ensuring that they are properly labeled and stored in designated areas.
  • Special Events: Assist with special events and functions, providing support as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with the Housekeeping Manager and other team members, reporting any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be able to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
  • Experience: Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to service athletic equipment, work with cleaning products and hand tools, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
