We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing our business in the Midlands and Wales regions, focusing on the metal working sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with our technical team to provide product demonstrations and training to customers.
- Work closely with our dealer partners to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Proven sales experience in a technical field, preferably in the metal working sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, including consultative selling and relationship building.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address sales challenges.
