Job Summary:

The Curve Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Director to lead our Procurement and Contract Management Teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring optimal performance, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost reduction, value engineering, and risk management goals.
  • Lead the Procurement Team in securing supplier contracts and managing the performance of outsource partners.
  • Oversee the Contract Management Team in ensuring adherence to relationship management standards across the organization.
  • Provide direction and leadership to direct reports, fostering a culture of transformation and excellence.
  • Ensure end-to-end policies, sourcing limits, procedures, and control frameworks are in place, regularly reviewed, and optimized to support business strategic aims.
  • Manage the Essential and Sensitive Suppliers list, the TPRM process, regulatory changes, and associated governance.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations within the designated area of responsibility.
  • Participate in necessary training to enhance professional development and expertise.
  • Adhere to Data Protection Legislation regarding the disclosure of information.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in procurement, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days a week in the office.
