Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Aftersales Customer Service Adviser to join our team at Jenson Fisher Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • To obtain and record accurate customer and vehicle information, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
  • To sell a range of products and services to customers, including brake services, number plates, fuel treatments, service plans, replacement tyres, and MOTs.
  • To prepare and present invoices to customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
  • To liaise with the Foreman/Service Manager to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication with customers.
  • To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring all customers are informed of any delays or issues.
  • To maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and procedures.
