About the Role:We're seeking a reliable and hardworking Finance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for processing suppliers' invoices, matching invoices to our Purchase Ordering system, and reconciling purchase ledger accounts.
You'll also be advising budget holders on the correct coding to be used on Purchase Orders/Requisitions, checking the VAT treatment on purchase ledger transactions, and resolving suppliers' queries promptly and professionally.
As a Finance Coordinator, you'll work closely with our finance team to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes. You'll be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have excellent communication skills.
About You:We're looking for someone with at least one year's experience of working in a fast-paced finance team. You'll be reliable, hardworking, and professional, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
You'll be highly competent using MS Office, confident working with people at all levels, and able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
