- Maintain and enhance the organisation's governance frameworks and processes
- Coordinate meetings and ensure all governance documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide guidance on governance best practices to other team members
- Liaise with various department heads to ensure compliance with governance principles
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of governance structures
- Prepare regular reports on governance activities for senior management
- Assist in the development of policy documents and procedure manuals
- Participate in risk assessment and mitigation activities

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Finance Governance Officer should have:

- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Comprehensive understanding of governance principles and practices
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in risk management and compliance within the healthcare sector
