Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Be passionate about the renewable energy sector and the electric vehicle charging industry.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Demonstrate responsibility and initiative in their work.
  • Preferably have relevant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, including support during project delivery and commissioning.
  2. Address customer feedback regarding technical issues promptly, ensuring effective resolution and communication with the R&D team.
  3. Compile and analyze customer issues to facilitate product improvements and upgrades.
  4. Create technical documentation and training materials, as well as compile case studies for repair processes.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields such as electrical engineering, communications, electronics, or automotive engineering.
  • Experience in the electric vehicle charging or renewable energy sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, execution capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent learning aptitude, customer service orientation, and a meticulous approach to work.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
