Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Engineer to join our team at OneMSP. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via remote tools and collaboration with other team members.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Set up new systems, troubleshoot PCs, and perform basic system configurations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and procedures.
  • Provide ad hoc field support as and when required.
  • Assist with new site installations and project implementations.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driver's license
  • Reliable transportation (reimbursable on a per-mile basis)
  • Service Desk experience
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours if needed
