Lettings Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lettings Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our tenants and prospective tenants, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Viewing Coordination: Book and arrange property viewings for prospective tenants, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
- Enquiry Management: Manage enquiries from prospective tenants, calling warm leads to encourage viewings.
- Tenant Support: Assist current tenants with any maintenance enquiries, acting as a liaison between tenants and the maintenance team.
- Building Ambassadors: Provide a warm and welcoming presence within the apartment block, creating a positive atmosphere for both current and prospective tenants.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Organisation: Manage multiple viewings and tenant enquiries efficiently.
- Customer Focus: Engage warmly with a diverse range of individuals, providing exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Effectively coordinate with tenants and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all aspects of the letting process are running smoothly and everything within the building is as it should be.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the lettings or hospitality industry.
