Key Responsibilities:
- Booking and Arranging Viewings: Coordinate property viewings for prospective tenants, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Viewing Conducting: Take on the responsibility of conducting viewings, resulting in the opportunity to earn bonuses.
- Enquiry Management: Manage enquiries from perspective tenants, calling warm leads to encourage viewings.
- Tenant Support: Assist current tenants with any maintenance enquiries, acting as a liaison between tenants and the maintenance team.
- Building Ambassadors: Provide a warm and welcoming presence within the apartment block, creating a positive atmosphere for both current and prospective tenants.
Requirements:
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organization skills to manage multiple viewings and tenant enquires efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills both in verbal and written, in order to effectively coordinate with tenants and team members.
- Attention to Detail: A good eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of the letting process are running smoothly and everything within the building is as it should be.
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the lettings or hospitality industry.
