Student Lettings Administrator Role

Nexus ERP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Lettings Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the property administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the lettings process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming enquiries and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate viewings and valuations, ensuring that properties are presented in the best possible light
  • Conduct property inspections and viewings, providing detailed reports and recommendations to clients
  • Process applications, prepare move-ins, and handle maintenance issues with efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in lettings administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT knowledge and proficiency in property management software
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
