About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Pathology Support Secretary team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting the secretarial team, managing diagnostic reports, and patient correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties to support the secretarial team, including typing reports and patient correspondence.
  • Manage timely diagnostic reports and patient correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager, Medical Secretaries, and Consultant team to meet all service requirements.
  • Provide high-level support to medical secretaries, Consultants, and other staff, including data entry and updating spreadsheets.
  • Assist with preparing for MDT meetings, including printing reports.
