About the Role

The postholder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the multidisciplinary team, undertaking a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties in a timely manner. This will include liaising with team members and external agencies, processing information, and managing patient records.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handling office communication and correspondence, including phone calls and emails.
  • Supporting clinical staff with general administrative tasks and receptionist duties as requested.
  • Managing all enquires in an effective manner.
  • Maintaining and updating patient records and handling confidential information.
  • Assisting with internal & external referrals.
  • Clinical coding.
  • Liaising with external agencies, ensuring queries are processed efficiently.
  • Managing patient communication, including the booking and rescheduling of appointments.
