Regional Secretary

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Secretary to support the Regional Managing Director and wider team with administrative duties. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide administrative support to the Regional Managing Director and wider team
* Organize and prepare for meetings, including the compilation and issue of monthly Northern Board Packs
* Attend and take minutes at monthly/quarterly Regional Board and other meetings, and follow up on actions
* Handle general incoming telephone calls and enquiries
* Process purchase orders and invoices
* Upload expenses and credit card transactions to the online expenses system
* Induction arrangements for new starters
* Organisation of regional events such as annual Kick-Off Day and Staff Christmas Party
* Completing general administration projects and tasks as required in support of the region
* Day to Day facilities management for the building and services (in conjunction with the Group Facilities Manager based at Head Office)
* Responsible for ordering of office stationery and collection of kitchen/welfare provisions
**Requirements**
* Proven experience as a Secretary or Senior Administrator
* First class organisation skills
* Good all round IT skills, including MS Office and experience with databases
* Ability to work outside of routine and think on your feet
* Effective communicator
