To support our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking an outstanding, motivated, and proven Store Manager to become a vital part of our Flannels team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance to surpass established targets while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to enhance sales through personal engagement and team support.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Equip team members with the necessary tools and knowledge to meet key business goals.
  • Oversee the presentation and merchandising of seasonal inventory in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Stay informed about current market trends, upcoming customer promotions, and local competitor activities.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks, policies, and procedures are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Drive and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform additional duties as required within the scope of your role.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • A robust background in client relations, with a well-established network of personal contacts.
  • Previous experience in the premium retail sector is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and sales metrics.
  • A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge.
  • Familiarity with the local market.
