Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
  • Effectively manage stock levels and maintain back-of-house standards.
  • Support the management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

  • Maintain store visual standards to create an engaging shopping environment.

Requirements:

  • As a supervisor with Kurt Geiger, you will drive sales through your passion for luxury footwear, support the team, and provide exceptional customer service while representing our dynamic and innovative brand.
  • Utilize your extensive retail knowledge and excellent communication skills to form lasting relationships with customers and your team.
  • Deliver a seamless shopping experience by proactively supporting back-of-house operations and creating a cohesive shop floor environment.
  • To be successful, you will be an experienced seller with knowledge of KPIs, able to meet and exceed targets in a retail environment, and have experience supervising a team.
