Our Retail Team

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the store delivers premium customer service, achieves targets, and drives commercial and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability through effective merchandising and visual displays
  • Achieve targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and exceed business goals
  • Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service through regular training and coaching
  • Implement and maintain effective operational processes, procedures, and administration
  • Support with recruitment and conduct performance reviews
  • Deputize in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

  • Previous retail management experience at a similar level
  • A passion for premium or luxury product, with a proven track record of increasing overall business performance
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team
  • Strong commercial product management skills, with the ability to flex between customer service, operational, technical, and visual elements
  • Confidence working under pressure, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Self-motivated, focused, and driven to achieve team and individual goals
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to bring the best out of the team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
