As a key member of our Retail team at Reiss Limited, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business success in our store in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a premium customer experience and achieving sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability through effective product management and visual merchandising.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing regular training and coaching to ensure exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Support with recruitment, performance reviews, and succession planning to ensure a strong and motivated team.
  • Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence, taking ownership of store operations and ensuring seamless customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management experience at a similar level, with a proven track record of increasing overall business performance.
  • A passion for premium or luxury product, with a strong understanding of the fashion retail industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on driving sales and profitability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
