Job Summary
Nigel Wright Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Performance & Leadership Consultant to join our client's Organisational Effectiveness team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership and performance development initiatives.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a professional services organisation undergoing a large transformation to reshape their learning operating model. You will be instrumental in enabling high levels of performance by providing development, coaching, and support to leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with colleagues to understand challenges and opportunities for which learning could be a solution
- Coach leaders on a 1:1 basis or as a group
- Analyse trends in data and draw insights to inform decisions
- Design and develop new learning collections for leaders to subscribe to
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in modern leadership development programs
- Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to use an effective balance of coaching support and challenge to achieve results
- Proven success at diagnosing root causes of problems and using a variety of data points to identify and design solutions
- Experience in talent development, leadership, coaching, and learning and development
- Experiential, digital, and immersive experience within learning and coaching
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Whiteboard
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD) and keeping pace with the latest thinking
- Experience of coaching within a change environment
