About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance & Leadership Development Specialist to join our team at Nigel Wright Recruitment. As a key member of our Organizational Effectiveness team, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership and performance development initiatives.

Reporting to the Performance & Leadership Manager, you will work closely with a talented team to increase current and future leadership capabilities across the organization. Your primary focus will be on enabling high levels of performance by providing development, coaching, and support to leaders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver blended learning tools and interventions to drive business outcomes
  • Consult with colleagues to understand challenges and opportunities for learning solutions
  • Facilitate leadership development programs, including 'Immersion' sessions and coaching
  • Analyze trends in data and draw insights to inform decisions
  • Develop and deploy learning collections for leaders to subscribe to

Requirements:

  • Experience in modern leadership development programs and a commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Strong consultative approach and experience in enabling change
  • Proven success in diagnosing root causes of problems and designing solutions
  • Excellent facilitation skills and ability to balance coaching, support, and challenge
  • Proven experience in talent development, leadership, coaching, and learning and development
  • Experience working with people at all levels, with adaptability in communication style
  • Experience in blended learning frameworks and cohort-based learning programs
  • Application of contemporary learning approaches, including experiential, digital, and immersive learning
  • Extensive experience integrating behavioral tools within learning and coaching
  • Confidence using technology and communication channels
  • Strong and engaging communication skills to collaborate, inspire, and challenge learners
  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD) and staying up-to-date with latest thinking
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Desirable Qualifications:

  • CIPD or Coaching level 5 and above or willingness to work towards
  • Experience with psychometrics and/or qualified in assessment tools
  • ILM or CMI Leadership & Management Qualification
  • Experience with digital curated learning platforms and Learning Management Systems
  • Experience coaching within a change environment
