Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee all Programme-related activities

o Engage with stakeholders

o Monitor and extract key information regarding project milestones

o Gather feedback from participants

o Collect essential data in accordance with contractual obligations

o Facilitate logistics and bookings for activities such as programme delivery, events, and application panels.

o Organize documentation to assist the programme manager in evidencing activities against various contractual requirements.


• Manage all Community event-related activities

o Engage with stakeholders

o Collect essential data in accordance with contractual obligations

o Facilitate logistics and bookings for activities


• Additional administrative tasks including:

o Taking minutes

o Managing diaries within the team

o Organizing meetings
