Job Title: Retail Systems Support Specialist

Location: Hybrid - 50% in office

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Zonal Business systems or comparable EPoS solutions
  • Experience in Product Operations, Helpdesk, or Customer Support environments
  • Background in hospitality or fast-paced sectors
  • Exceptional communication abilities and logical reasoning skills
