Role Overview:

As a Lead Systems Integration Engineer, you will leverage your engineering expertise to devise and implement solutions to challenges encountered throughout our product development process.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the integration of engineering across all facets of Air platforms and products, addressing all phases of the engineering lifecycle—from initial concept through to final delivery. You will manage the evolution of our engineering solutions, ensuring adherence to high standards and effective engineering governance while taking corrective measures as necessary.

Qualifications:

A degree in a STEM field or an HND/HNC with substantial experience in the Engineering Lifecycle is required. Proven experience in an engineering integration setting is essential.

Familiarity with Model-Based Engineering methodologies and associated tools is advantageous, including:

Management Experience:

Demonstrated experience in managing teams and engaging with senior stakeholders is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.

Strong communication skills across all organizational levels are essential, along with a proactive, self-starting attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Accreditation from the International Council of Systems Engineering (INCOSE) or a similar professional body is preferred but not mandatory.
