Role Overview:

As a Lead Systems Integration Specialist, you will leverage your engineering expertise to devise and implement solutions to challenges encountered throughout our product development lifecycle. This pivotal role involves synthesizing components and systems to create a cohesive System of Systems. You will oversee the integration of engineering across all facets of Air platforms and products, managing the progression of our engineering solutions from initial concept to final delivery. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high standards of engineering governance and taking corrective actions as necessary. Specialization opportunities are available in areas such as System Architecting, System Design, Configuration Management, Requirements Analysis, or Qualification.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in a STEM field or equivalent technical qualification with substantial experience in the Engineering Lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in an engineering integration setting, with candidates from Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, and Nuclear sectors encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with Model-Based Engineering methodologies and associated tools (e.g., Teamcenter PLM, DOORs, CAMEO, MATLAB, ANSYS).
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership roles, managing teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills across various organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Accreditation from the International Council of Systems Engineering (INCOSE) or a similar organization is advantageous but not mandatory.
