Role Overview: As a Lead Systems Integration Specialist, you will leverage your engineering expertise to devise and implement solutions throughout the product development lifecycle. This pivotal role involves synthesizing components and systems to create a cohesive System of Systems. You will oversee the integration of engineering across all facets of aerospace platforms and products, managing the progression of our engineering solutions from initial concept to final delivery. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high standards of engineering governance and taking corrective actions as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration efforts across various engineering disciplines.
  • Manage the engineering lifecycle, ensuring the maturity of solutions as they evolve.
  • Specialize in areas such as System Architecture, Design, Configuration Management, Requirements Analysis, or Qualification.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience in engineering.
  • Proven experience in an engineering integration environment, with a preference for candidates from Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, or Nuclear sectors.
  • Familiarity with Model-Based Engineering methodologies and tools (e.g., Teamcenter PLM, DOORs, CAMEO, MATLAB, ANSYS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Accreditation from the International Council of Systems Engineering (INCOSE) or a similar body is advantageous but not mandatory.
