HR Business Partner

Henlee Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in the North of the UK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the business by establishing strong regional relationships with stakeholders and demonstrating the value of professional business partnering.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Regional Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Business Partnering: Demonstrate the value of professional business partnering by providing strategic HR support to the business.
- Employee Engagement: Support the development of strong employee engagement across the region, ensuring that employees are motivated and empowered to achieve their full potential.
- Organisation Effectiveness: Drive organisation effectiveness by using data and KPI measures to inform business decisions.
- Multi-Site Experience: Possess experience working in a multi-site organisation, with the ability to adapt to different regional cultures and requirements.
- Business Requirements: Understand business requirements and identify associated people activity to support the business.
- Recruitment Experience: Support the recruitment experience and ensure consistency across the region.
- Coaching and Development: Coach for high performance discussions and support the development of line managers.
- Subject Matter Experts: Utilise subject matter experts at the HR centre effectively within the region (recruitment, L&D, Reward).
