Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via telephone and email, resolving issues related to Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Networking hardware/software, and Microsoft 365 product suite.
- Perform site visits for troubleshooting and new installs, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Install and update software from our Inventory/Deploy application, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective technical solutions, improving customer satisfaction and reducing support requests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in 2nd Line IT Support, with a strong understanding of Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Networking hardware/software, and Microsoft 365 product suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Zendesk and RMM tools, with experience in remote monitoring and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
