Job Title: Senior Commercial Specialist

Cavendish Nuclear, part of Babcock International Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Specialist to support the Nuclear Technical Services Provider (NTSP) framework.

The Role

As a Senior Commercial Specialist, you will have a key role in supporting the NTSP framework, which is delivering the refurbishment and upgrade of critical infrastructure at HMNB Clyde.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the NTSP framework in delivering large and complex construction projects.
  • Provide QS services in a large project environment.
  • Manage project management, planning, risk, and investment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with civils infrastructure and construction industry conditions of contract.
  • Experience with NEC forms of contract.

Requirements:

  • Varied experience of large and complex construction projects.
  • Relevant successful experience of provision of QS services in a large project environment.
  • Understanding of project management, planning, risk, and investment processes.
  • Knowledge of civils infrastructure and construction industry conditions of contract.
  • Experience with NEC forms of contract.
