Job Title: Commercial Manager

Cavendish Nuclear, part of Babcock International Group, is seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to support the Nuclear Technical Services Provider (NTSP) framework.

The Role

As a Commercial Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the NTSP framework, which is focused on delivering the refurbishment and upgrade of critical infrastructure at HMNB Clyde.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the NTSP framework in delivering large and complex construction projects.
  • Provide QS services in a large project environment.
  • Manage project management, planning, risk, and investment processes.
  • Have knowledge of civils infrastructure and construction industry conditions of contract.
  • Experience with NEC forms of contract.

Requirements:

  • Varied experience of large and complex construction projects.
  • Relevant successful experience of provision of QS services in a large project environment.
  • Understanding of project management, planning, risk, and investment processes.
  • Knowledge of civils infrastructure and construction industry conditions of contract.
  • Experience with NEC forms of contract.
