About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at Cavendish Nuclear, part of Babcock International Group. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Nuclear Technical Services Provider (NTSP) framework, which is delivering the refurbishment and upgrade of critical infrastructure at HMNB Clyde.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the NTSP framework in delivering large and complex construction projects.
  • Provide QS services in a large project environment, with a focus on project management, planning, risk, and investment processes.
  • Work with NEC forms of contract and have knowledge of civils infrastructure and construction industry conditions of contract.
  • Collaborate with the framework director and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Varied experience of large and complex construction projects.
  • Relevant successful experience of provision of QS services in a large project environment.
  • Understanding of project management, planning, risk, and investment processes.
  • Knowledge of civils infrastructure and construction industry conditions of contract.
  • Experience with NEC forms of contract.
