Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join M Group Services Limited T/A Morrison Telecom Services, overseeing both Falcon and FND works. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role involves responsibilities such as establishing and implementing thorough pre/post evaluation processes, managing sub-contractors, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project outcomes
  • Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Conduct thorough pre/post evaluation processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to develop and implement company policies and procedures
  • Provide expert advice on commercial matters to project teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a commercial quantity surveying role
  • Strong understanding of commercial principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
