AWE is seeking a Mechanical and Electrical Construction Supervisor to assist the Construction Manager in the effective planning and execution of construction initiatives. This role will play a crucial part in a major forward build program for new facilities and infrastructure. This fulfilling position provides a competitive salary and benefits package, along with a commendable work/life balance.

Package: Up to £48,000 based on experience
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards during installation activities by Contractors
  • Maintain a comprehensive Site Diary documenting site conditions, progress, and available resources
  • Contribute to Weekly Reports, including Site Safety Inspections and Quality Control
  • Assist in the preparation and evaluation of pre-construction documentation
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and AWE standards
  • Supervise to uphold high standards in environmental, safety, health, security, and quality management
Requirements:
  • Technical and site experience in construction
  • Industry-standard construction qualification
  • Valid SSSTS & CSCS certification
  • Membership of a professional institution (desirable)
  • Understanding of current construction regulations
Candidates must be eligible for security clearance. British Citizenship is required.
