Customer Support Issues Coordinator

Overview:
Pertemps Bond is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to become part of our dedicated team. We are currently seeking skilled Customer Service Resolution Specialists to provide outstanding support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering effective solutions via telephone. If you possess experience in customer service or complaint resolution, this position may be ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a significant volume of customer inquiries and complaints in a call center setting, ensuring compliance with established call handling protocols.
- Effectively address customer concerns and complaints. Comprehensive training will be provided, along with continuous support and guidance.
- Utilize various computer systems for updating customer information, tracking parcels, retrieving data, and documenting call details.
- Achieve personal call quality and volume performance metrics while assisting colleagues in meeting organizational goals.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:30 / Saturday: 08:00 – 15:00).
- Shift schedules will vary weekly, with advance notice provided.
- Attractive hourly compensation: £12.97 per hour
- Convenient on-site parking available.
Candidate Requirements:
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check.
- Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Strong IT skills with demonstrated ability to navigate multiple systems.
- No vacation time will be permitted during the initial training period.
