Working Patterns: This position is ideal for individuals who possess flexibility and can accommodate a variety of shifts throughout the week. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly schedule.

As a vital component of Tesco, you will be stationed on-site in one of our busy Bureaus located within a Tesco retail environment. Thousands of customers will visit daily, many seeking assistance and guidance on various aspects of foreign exchange. Our goal is not only to be the preferred provider of foreign exchange but also to lead in delivering detailed and precise advice paired with an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing a team of Travel Service Partners, ensuring each member strives to provide the best possible customer experience for every transaction. Mentoring and nurturing the team to uphold high standards of customer service and empower Travel Service Partners to excel with the best training available. Analyzing customer feedback and service levels, enabling Travel Service Partners to implement processes and solutions that enhance performance and meet objectives. Engaging with customers to accurately and efficiently process all foreign exchange transactions. Achieving key performance goals that are procedural, operational, and customer-focused. Utilizing attention to detail to manage daily online FX requests and deliveries. Implementing and promoting best legal practices and regulatory standards while adhering to compliance procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
