We are committed to delivering excellent financial services to our residents, ensuring that all payment and income deadlines are met. To achieve this, our Finance department works closely with our Money Advice team to provide expert advice and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Money Advice team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with residents to understand their financial needs and provide tailored advice and guidance.
- Assist residents in maximizing their incomes and improving their financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure seamless financial operations and minimize the risk of rent arrears.
