About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of customers, with the aim of growing revenue and volume.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers and various stakeholders across the business to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Recognize opportunities to cross-sell from our product portfolio, including EV and expense solutions.
  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers to drive growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements

  • Decisive and analytical with a proactive approach.
  • Commercially and customer astute with a strong understanding of account management principles.
  • Previous experience of phone-based roles and account management would be advantageous.

  • Salary £23,400 - £27,000.
  • Commission £7,000 OTE (uncapped, with accelerators).
