  • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and economic factors to inspire innovative ideas.
  • Identify and assist in the development of new online and offline channel activities to reach priority intermediary audiences.

Strategic and Tactical Planning

  • Maintain a clear understanding of the firm's long-term marketing objectives while also identifying and executing short-term tactical opportunities when suitable.
  • Generate reports for digital engagement (e.g., e-comms, web traffic, social media) to analyze campaign performance and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
  • Compile reports on in-person event attendance and collaborate with Business Development teams to utilize findings for activity enhancement.
  • Manage budgets to ensure all events and marketing activities are executed cost-effectively while tracking expenditures.

Event Coordination and Execution

  • Partner with Business Development to oversee the event strategy for key intermediaries, which may include webinars, seminars, third-party exhibitions, sponsorships, and networking events tailored to specific objectives.

  • Guide the delivery team on asset creation, online promotion, and, when applicable, preparation of presentations for both online and in-person events.
  • Assist the BD Sales Support team with assets required by third parties, including digital/video graphics or event portal content.

Engagement and Follow-up

  • Stay informed about any updates to systems or technologies.
