Role Responsibilities:
As a Medical Assistance Coordinator, you will serve as the initial contact for customers worldwide seeking medical support while traveling. This role is ideal for those eager to make a significant difference in the lives of clients during challenging times.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Offering practical assistance and solutions to customers in distress.
- Collaborating with our in-house medical professionals to arrange necessary medical services and emergency travel support.
- Providing guidance on policy coverage and monitoring patient status during emergencies.
- Coordinating pre-travel medical advice, appointments, and hospitalizations abroad.
- Documenting all case details accurately in our systems.

Qualifications:
