About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and well-travelled individual to join our dynamic team as a Travel Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in curating bespoke travel itineraries, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and interests, tailoring experiences to meet their unique needs.
  2. Design and deliver customised travel packages that exceed client expectations.
  3. Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel logistics, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings using our CRM system.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide informed guidance.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in sales and customer service, with a passion for travel and a desire to share that enthusiasm with others.
  2. Interest in luxury travel destinations, hotels, and experiences, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity.
  3. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, providing an inspiring experience through exceptional communication skills.
