About the RoleWe are seeking well-travelled, motivated individuals with a strong background in sales who are eager to transition into the travel industry. As a Travel Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in curating tailor-made travel itineraries, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and interests.
- Design customised travel packages that meet the unique needs and desires of each client.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings using our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.
- Previous experience in a sales and customer service role.
- Passion for travel and a desire to share your enthusiasm with others.
- Interest in luxury travel destinations, hotels, and experiences.
- You need to enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to express yourself enthusiastically and eloquently, providing an inspiring experience for our clients.
- Skilled at quickly building rapport and establishing trust with clients.
- Extremely close attention to detail and a keen aesthetic eye.
