We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Travel Support Advisor to join our client's multilingual team of professionals dedicated to providing international medical assistance and repatriation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with hospitals, medical centres, and third-party agents to ensure seamless coordination of international repatriations.
  • Arrange international repatriations, including taxis, flights, hotels, road ambulances, air ambulances, and assign flight medics as needed.
  • Provide translation and linguistic services to support claimants and ensure accurate communication.
  • Validate claims in accordance with policy terms and conditions, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and maintain up-to-date workflows to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Offer professional advice and empathetically resolve medical and travel insurance issues, providing support to claimants and colleagues alike.
  • Guide and advise less experienced International Case Managers, promoting knowledge sharing and development.
  • Handle ad hoc requests from Team Leaders, Duty Operations Managers, Compliance Manager, Senior Management, and Director, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
