About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation Maintenance Manager to join our team at Talent Recruitment Group Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued airworthiness of our aircraft fleet.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal and external operators and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) organizations to effectively plan maintenance.
  • Forecast and plan maintenance activities to ensure optimal aircraft availability.
  • Review and update maintenance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Load and bridge aircraft onto our tracking system and maintenance planning systems.
  • Monitor, assess, and track all relevant airworthiness directives (ADs), service bulletins (SBs), and modifications.
  • Proactively anticipate upcoming maintenance orders and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date aircraft records.
  • Obtain and update maintenance data from various sources.
  • Provide regular fleet flight hour analysis and monitoring of operating times of aircraft and their components.
  • Assist with airworthiness certificate (ARC) preparation and export certificates of airworthiness.
  • Review and develop internal procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as required by the Continuing Airworthiness Manager.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a continuing airworthiness management organization role.
  • Recognized Part CAMO training course.
  • Experience dealing with various regulators, including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Isle of Man, 2-Reg, and Cayman Islands.
  • Rotary experience and/or general familiarity (Gen Fam) courses.
  • Previous experience using Aerotrac.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in IT systems.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs Grade C or above or equivalent recognized qualifications (e.g., NVQ, BTEC).
  • Degree or equivalent in an aviation-related area.
  • Human factors and safety management system (SMS) training.
