About the Role
Talent Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a CAMO Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate aviation professional to become part of a dynamic team managing aircraft across the UK in a variety of operation types.
Main Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external operators and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) organizations to effectively plan maintenance activities.
- Forecast and plan maintenance requirements to ensure optimal aircraft availability.
- Conduct periodic reviews of maintenance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Load and bridge aircraft onto the company's tracking system and aircraft maintenance programs (AMPs).
- Monitor, assess, and track all relevant airworthiness directives (ADs), service bulletins (SBs), and modifications.
- Proactively anticipate upcoming maintenance orders and develop strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
