We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Safety Officer to join our team at Talent Recruitment Group Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Compliance: Manage the AOC and ATO Audit Plan, lead auditor for approvals, undertake internal audits, and oversee the management and closure of findings and observations.
- Safety: Promote and live the behaviours that show safety at the core of everything, work with the Head of Safety and Compliance to promote aviation safety, carry out investigations and root cause analysis, and support the provision of safety and safety performance data.
- Essential: Have the qualities to improve the safety culture, analytical and problem-solving skills, effective oral and written communication, understanding of human and organisational factors, and at least 5 years experience in flight or ground operations, maintenance, or continuing airworthiness management for an aviation related company.
- Highly Desirable: Have a reasonable understanding of CAA Regulations, trained auditor, experienced in undertaking internal audits, investigation of occurrences, and use of Centrik for Safety and Compliance management.
