The Opportunity

You'll join our cutting-edge Service Delivery Team within 'Core Client Support,' where you'll leverage AI and automation to deliver top-tier Executive Assistant services.

You'll work across a portfolio of clients, utilising advanced technology to streamline operations, optimise workflows, and deliver unparalleled support.

Your ability to seamlessly switch between tasks, recognise limits, and proactively collaborate with technology makes you a key player in driving client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • You'll implement and manage cutting-edge technologies and integration tools for your client to optimise our service.
  • You'll utilise tools to manage complex client calendars, proactively alerting users to deadlines, automating reminders, and ensuring all relevant information is integrated into calendar invites.
  • You'll coordinate and facilitate high-stakes meetings, including Board meetings, leveraging software for tasks such as transcription, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • You'll employ AI to monitor, prioritise, and respond to emails, managing complex schedules with precision and ensuring seamless communication.
  • You'll plan and coordinate complex business travel, combining your human logic with AI-powered tools to optimise routes, manage itineraries, and ensure a positive travel experience for clients.
  • You'll plan and execute local and international events, ensuring efficiency and precision in event coordination.
  • You'll provide proactive administrative and office management services, adapting to each client's digital ecosystem and operational needs.
  • You'll support clients in research, business development, marketing, supplier management, HR, recruitment, and project management, driving data-driven decision-making.

Requirements
  • You'll have proficiency in AI tools, automation platforms, and digital integration, with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
  • You'll have experience in fast-paced roles, with a proven track record of managing complex tasks.
  • You'll have PA/EA experience, preferably in tech-driven environments, where AI tools are an integral part of the workflow.
  • You'll have excellent communication skills, with an interest in data analytics, enabling clear, concise, and impactful interactions with clients.
  • You'll be able to forge strong working relationships.
  • You'll have a relentless drive for continuous improvement, quick to adapt and implement change.
