Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of menu items, using fresh ingredients and adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, allergen, and health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and support the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and service.
- Build strong relationships with clients and customers, providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes, incorporating fresh and seasonal ingredients.

- Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and service.
- Food Hygiene level 2 & 3 certification (further training will be available).
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
- Computer literacy and experience with different systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
