  • Oversee administrative provision within the Bursary, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks, projects, and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and systems.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a senior administrative role, preferably in a higher education or corporate environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in reviewing, developing, and improving administrative processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
